After having an unfortunate experience at another local optical store, it was recommended that I visit West Coast Optical for assistance. WOW, what incredible customer service. Andrew listened to my concerns and made my sunglasses fit perfectly.
He took the time and care to explain the issues with my sunglasses and how they could potentially be resolved. Within a very short time, my sunglasses fit perfectly. Without the assistance of Andrew, I still wouldn’t be wearing my sunglasses due to the fit issues I had before stepping through the doors of West Coast Optical. I will definitely be back for future purchases due to the oustanding customer service I received.

Everything always had to be ordered in. So … I went back to West Coast (Optical) where the service is great (and that is worth a lot, especially with kids). They are super helpful! And at the end of the day, my contacts were cheaper there than at Costco!!

Two years ago when I walked into West Coast Optical, I asked for help in picking out the perfect pair of glasses that would define my features and look professional.
