Warranty on Frames

Warranty is included with every frame purchase at no additional cost or fees.

We carry only top-quality frames from the best manufacturers in the world. All of our frames include a one- or two-year manufacturer warranty, which covers any defects in workmanship, hinges, or paint chipping with normal wear and tear.

Warranty on Lenses

Warranty is included on all lenses with the purchase of our scratch-resistant coating and anti-reflection coating.

We carry only top-of-the-line lenses from the best lens manufacturers in the world. All our lenses include a two-year manufacturer warranty with no fees. The warranty includes coverage against peeling, crazing (spider web effect on anti-reflection), or scratching under normal wear and tear.

If there is a need to replace lenses under warranty, in most cases, we can order the replacement lenses and then fit the new lenses into your frame at your convenience while you wait. This means that you will not be without your glasses.
